What is anti-wrinkle and dermal filler and how do they work?

Anti-wrinkle: Is a purified protein that is injected into the targeted area to temporarily block the nerve signal that is needed for the facial muscles to contract. Therefore preventing fine lines and wrinkles.

Dermal filler: Some results will be noticed immediately but the best results will be seen within a few weeks.

When can I fly after dermal filler treatment?

I advise that you don't fly for 5 days. It is very rare for complications from filler to occur. However, if this were to happen you will need you to return to the clinic for an emergency reversal.
Flying will also worsen bruising due to pressure in the cabin.

Yes, dermal filler can be dissolved with a product called hyaluronidase.
This is injected the same way dermal filler is.
